At Brownie's Mattress Direct, we want you to sleep soundly on your new investment. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, our 100-night comfort guarantee allows you to exchange or return your product for a seamless sleep experience.
Return Process
- 1.The Adjustment Period
We require a minimum 30-night trial period to allow your body to adjust to the new support system and for the mattress materials to settle.
- 2.Initiate Your Request
If you are still unsatisfied after 30 nights, contact our customer care team with your original order number to begin the return or exchange process.
- 3.Inspection and Pickup
Our team will schedule a time to inspect the mattress for any stains or damage and arrange for a professional removal from your home.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the mattress is collected and verified, we will process your refund or apply your credit toward a new model within 7-10 business days.
